Do you offer any discounts?

Unless I am running a special on my social media, the only discount I consistently offer is 10% off for referrals. This applies if the person giving the referral has been a client themselves. Both parties must reach out to confirm referral.

Payments

I accept cash, card, or online payments such as CashApp or Venmo.

Refunds

All session fees are non-refundable but may be applied to the same type of session on a different day, a different type of session, or placed into a gift card for future use.

Cancelation Policy

If you reach out at least 24 hours in advance, asking to cancel due to sickness, weather, emergencies, etc; I will work with you to the best of my ability to get you back on the books ASAP.
If you reach out to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, I will reschedule with you based only on my availability at that time.
**With or without intentions to reschedule, I do not give refunds with cancellations.

What is the typical gallery turnaround time?

This is entirely based on the type of session you've booked and what season we're in, as I'm busier during certain times of the year. Sneak peeks (only done on request) are always sent out or posted within 72 hours of your session. Portrait, family, and other smaller sessions take up to 4 weeks. Weddings, elopements, and other larger sessions take up to 12 weeks. If I need a little bit of extra time to deliver my best work to you, I will definitely communicate with you in advance. All I ask is that you are patient with me, because I definitely want you to LOVE your photos.

How will I receive my photos once they're all finished?

I will upload your hand edited high-resolution images to an online gallery, here on Pixieset. From there, you will be able to download any and all images to your phone and/or computer. Please do not screenshot, as the image quality won't be anywhere near as good! I recommend downloading them & backing them up in a second location right away. The email you receive the link in will also contain a download code and a gallery expiration date.

How long will my gallery be active?

Your online gallery will automatically be removed 6 months from your session date to make room for other clients' galleries. Please make sure to use the download code provided in the email to keep copies stored on your personal computer and/or phone.

Can I post the images on social media?

PLEASE DO! All I ask is that you tag my social media accounts and do not alter or edit the images in any way.
