This is me.
You might see the funny memes or reels go around social media about photographer poses and laugh it off, but that is definitely me. I will climb the tree. I will lay in the mud. I will pull off to the side of the road and climb out the window. If there is a shot that needs to be taken, I'll do what I can to make sure it's the perfect one. I'm not all focus though - I dance, I make jokes, I tell personal stories, I play music... Anything to ensure you're comfortable and your authentic self!
I'm a momma.
I have 2 beautiful children, who are my reason for everything I do in life. I've pushed harder to make this my full-time gig, ever since they were born. I haven't got there yet, but every client booked and every photo session I get to do, puts me just a little bit closer & I appreciate it more than you know!
I love plants.
Something I never thought I would have is a green thumb. It started out with a Danish Ivy I was given from my best friend after an especially difficult day at a previous job. That slowly grew into a love and a passion that has taken over every available space in my house.
I'm kind of nerdy.
I collect all things Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. From the old glass McDonalds cups with Frodo and other characters on them, to Harry Potter character wands. Different book editions, Funko Pops, Legos, The One Ring, themed board games... You name it, I probably have it displayed on my bookshelves.
Used books.
Oh, how I love used books. Specifically, used books that have inscriptions in them. It's a story inside of a story. Although it makes me sad to see "Love, ...." written in a book at the store, I love knowing that I get to share in part of that persons story every time I pick up that book.
